Tc - Technetium

Technetium was discovered platinum ore from Columbia using x-ray spectroscopy by Walter Noddack and Ida Tacke in Berlin. The element was artificially produced in 1937 by Emilio Segrč and Carlo Perrier in Berkeley. Technetium is used for medical scintigraphic imaging.
